Porsche 911 GT3 RS crashes 100 ft down Malibu hillside


At least two people were injured after a Porsche 911 GT3 RS crashed heavily in Malibu, CA.

The white GT3 RS was travelling on Saddle Peak Road when it veered off the tarmac and rolled about 100 feet down the hillside. The car appears to have rolled over multiple times before coming to rest in the driveway of an under-construction home.

According to ABC7 News, bystanders rushed to the scene of the accident and assisted the victims before emergency services arrived. The injured were airlifted to a nearby hospital.

The 911 GT3 RS may have been damaged beyond repair. The roof appeared to have caved in, causing structural damage. The front and rear windscreens were shattered, and the rear spoiler and engine cover were destroyed by the impact.
