First Longbow Speedster built; from sketch to road in 6 months


An “Aesthetic Dynamic Demonstrator” of the Longbow Speedster is ready. The car was built in a record time of just 6 months, from sketch to the road. Traditionally

The Speedster is a lightweight electric sports car based on a bespoke aluminium chassis. It weighs just 895 kg. The EV can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 3.5 seconds and has a claimed maximum range of 275 miles (WLTP cycle).

The Speedster costs GBP 84,995. Only 150 units will be produced. Deliveries will commence in 2026.

The British EV maker also plans to build a lightweight Roadster. It’s essentially a coupe version, which will be priced below GBP 64,995.
