2026 Porsche Cayenne Electric unveiled – 1139 hp EV!

Porsche has officially revealed the first-ever all-electric Cayenne. The flagship SUV is now the most powerful road car Porsche has ever made.

The Cayenne Electric will be available in two variants: Electric and Turbo Electric. The base model packs up to 435 hp, but we are more interested in the Turbo Electric, which has up to 1139 hp!

The Cayenne Turbo Electric is powered by dual electric motors generating 844 hp in normal mode. If that’s not enough, you have a ‘Push-to-Pass’ function that provides a boost of 173 hp for 10 seconds. Activate Launch Control, and the electric motors will deliver 1139 hp and 1106 lb-ft of torque to the road.

Porsche claims that the Turbo Electric version will go from standstill to 60 mph in just 2.4 seconds, which makes it faster than the Cayenne Turbo GT. The top speed is 162 mph.

The base version, on the other hand, has 402 hp in normal mode and 435 hp and 615 lb-ft of torque when Launch Control is engaged. 0-60 mph in this car takes 4.5 seconds, while its top speed is 143 mph.

Both variants of the Cayenne Electric come with a 113 kWh battery pack. Porsche hasn’t disclosed the range but claims that the battery can be charged from 10% to 80% in under 16 minutes.

The exterior design of the Cayenne Electric has a few similarities with the Macan EV. It has slim LED headlamps, a featureless front fascia with a large air dam and slim LED taillights connected by an LED light bar.

It’s a screenfest on the interior. Porsche calls it the “Flow Display”, which is essentially two large OLED screens for the instrument cluster and infotainment and a third 14.9-inch touchscreen on the passenger side. The car also packs an 87-inch head-up display.

Now, the prices – the 2026 Cayenne Electric starts at $109,000, while the Turbo Electric version costs $163,000.
