Ford is all set to reveal a new performance sports car on January 15, 2026, during the Formula 1 season launch event.
While little is known about the new model, Ford Racing chief Mark Rushbrook has described it as a testament to how deeply Ford is integrating its racing innovation into everyday vehicles.
In a recent statement, Ford CEO Jim Farley hinted at a 1000 hp Ranger Raptor inspired by the Dakar Rally version. “No one has ever built a supercar for gravel, high-speed sand, dirt,” Farley said.
Another possibility is the updated Mustang GTD. Prototypes of this car have already been spotted testing at the Nurburgring. Spy images suggest that Ford might be working on a new aero package.
